I'm really worried about starting my periods and I don't know who to talk to. It's embarrassing and scary!

Dear Scared,
Don't worry! I haven't started mine yet either. Periods are just a part of growing up but if you are scared, talk to a grown up, like your teacher or a parent. Maybe even an older sister or cousin? Just don't be scared to talk.
